This does not apply to citizens and permanent residents. Arrivals without a valid test result will be required to undergo 10-day self-isolation and install the 'Vdoma' mobile app. This period may be shortened if a PCR or antigen test is taken within 72 hours after arrival and a negative test result is confirmed. Alternatively, those who have recently recovered from COVID-19 may provide a COVID certificate confirming full recovery.
